About us

Happily Ever After Cakes is based in Staten Island, New York and specializes in the following: Wedding, On My Own Cakes (Personalized cakes for Divorces and Break-ups, Anniversary, Bridal Shower, Birthday, Sugar-free, Mini, Petit Fours and Photo Cakes, etc.

Happily Ever After Cakes is by appointment only.

Fond of baking at a young age and a former student of The Institute of Culinary Education and the Wilton Academy, Arlette is dedicated to creating cakes that taste as exquisite as they look.

Prior to taking on a client, Arlette holds a personal consultation with you. The personal consultation is held to customize your cake to reflect your taste and personal style. Clients are encouraged to bring flowers, fabric swatches, photographs, and anything else that will help tailor your cake to your event.

All decorations are handmade and edible including the flowers.

All cakes are freshly home-made from scratch. We use only the finest ingredients, including Swiss chocolate, fondant, fresh sweet butter, real liquors, rums, fruits and extracts.
