How far in advance should I book my cake?
I limit myself to a few cakes a week, so that I can give each cake my full creative attention. Four to Six months in advance is recommended.

Would you be willing to use fresh flowers on my cake?
We strongly advocate against the use of fresh flowers on cakes. They are usually sprayed with strong pesticides which should not come in contact with edible elements.

I'd like a cheesecake for my wedding. Will you make it?
No. Cheesecakes should not be presented in room temperature settings for more long periods of time. And most cakes are on display for quite some time during a reception, so to ensure the quality of our cakes we do not recommend it.

What is your payment policy?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to the event. Payment can be made by check or cash only.

Where do you deliver to?
At this time we only deliver in Staten Island.
